Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of BenchApp software applications, services, or websites. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" means BenchApp, and "you" means the entity you represent or you individually.
By using the services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may change or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Registration and access to the services
To use BenchApp, you may need to provide registration details or other information. You agree that the information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under your account.
We may terminate access to the services if we believe these terms have been violated.
Paid services and billing
Some BenchApp features may be provided for a fee. If you use paid features, you agree to the published pricing and payment terms in effect when you begin using them.
Monthly plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Annual plans are billed in advance for the year and are non-refundable.
Payment by credit card is processed by a third party. We do not store credit card information.
Intellectual property
BenchApp owns and retains all rights to the services. No part of the services may be reproduced except as expressly permitted by these terms.
You agree that we may use feedback, ideas, concepts, or techniques you provide to improve the services.
Access to the services
You agree not to use another person's account, impersonate anyone, gain unauthorized access, disrupt servers or networks, or use the services to harass or abuse others.
You may not create accounts by automated means or transmit malicious code through the services.
Limitation of liability
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
BenchApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from use of the services.
Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
BenchApp disclaims warranties to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
Jurisdiction and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
General terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BenchApp and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
